Deploy config resources

While deployment we want copy repo's deploy/dmx/dev-ci/plugins/dmx-linqa/ folder to DMX's conf/ folder.

At the moment the repo already contains e.g. the ZW-logo but the UI still displays the generic Linqa-logo:
