The export feature will be supported natively if we produce standard HTML table markup. The interaction between an arbitrary filtered table view and new Excel documents is functional without any "generate donwloadable csv of client-side filtered list".

Regarding the "Search by Topicmap" feature the developer must keep in mind that each topic can be contained in many topicmaps.
