Duplicate Display Name

If 2 user accounts are created with the same Display Name, 2 Display Name topics are created, leading to Ambiguity-Exception later on.

• setupDisplayName() method needs to be revised (SignupPlugin.java)

• Migration needed to unify ambiguous Display Name topics
