Show proper result page after account created (or pending)

Currently when the account creation is made the ZW workflow is followed (which statrs the password reset process). This should be changed so that either:

• the "OK account created" page
• the "administrator needs to confirm your account"
• the "request password reset" page
• an error page (when failed) is shown.
