New LDAP Users should get additional workspace memberships upon first login
In a multi-user/organizational setting, users logging in via LDAP often find only to be member of their "Private Workspace". But usually these members are not isolated members of that organiaztion, they are part of one (or even) many workgroups
And here is the problem:
- No one know can predict when users login for the first time
Solutions:
- Allow for configurable general workspace memberships for users upon first login. All users would be assigned these workspaces by default, e.g. the "DMX" workspace.
- Inform other users, e.g. workspace owners or everyone, that there are new users who one should check, which workspaces (resp. workgroups) they belong. Already a simple listing of recently created usernames, with a date and a time, sorted descending, would help wonders here.
