Multi-values do not support duplicates

Adding the same value twice to a multi-value causes a "Duplicate: association exists already" exception. Usually the DMX Core prevents duplicate associations, but in case of multi-values they are legit, e.g. the same posture can appear multiple times within a Yoga Sequence.
